The 17th annual Greater Danbury Irish Festival will be held at the Charles Ives Concert Park on September 23rd, 24th & 25th 2011. This year's festival will feature a weekend of Irish dance, music, entertainment, cultural exhibits and children's activities. Based on previous years, we expect 8,000 to 10,000 visitors over the weekend. As a non-profit organization we are in need of your continued support. If you would like to become a sponsor, you can purchase a sign by completing the attached form and mailing it to the address specified before August 30th

The Sponsorship signs will be highly visible for all three days of the Festival, thus a great way to advertise and show your support. Each sign may include your company name, address and contact information. As an added benefit, for the coming year our sponsors will also be listed in the support our sponsors section of our website.

To further promote the education and celebration of Irish Culture within our community, we have fulfilled the dream of purchasing our own building. As the home of the Greater Danbury Ancient Order of Hibernians, many Irish themed activities and events will be hosted at our new venue throughout the year. Without the assistance of our generous Festival sponsors, we will not be able to bring our ideas to fruition.

September 23, 24 and 25th, 2011 The Annual Greater Danbury Irish Festival held every September at the Charles Ives Concert Park at Western Connecticut State University's west side campus in Danbury, Connecticut sponsored by the Danbury Ancient Order of Hibernians - AOH & LAOH & The Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center (GDICC). Learn all about Irish culture, the Gaelic language, music and dance, food and drink! Also, vendors will sell Irish cultural goods and a children's tent is set-up especially for the "Wee Ones!" Come join us!
